Initial Consultation — Complimentary
Every project begins with a confidential, no-cost consultation—conducted in person, on-site, or via Zoom. During this meeting, we review your goals, assess general feasibility, and determine whether your project aligns with SafeHouse Group’s design and security philosophy.
There is no fee for this step.

Site Evaluation & Retainer Agreement
Once a client chooses to move forward, we enter into a formal engagement agreement and collect the required retainer to initiate the project. Our team then performs a comprehensive site evaluation, documenting existing conditions, dimensions, and potential design challenges to ensure seamless integration with your property.

Concept Design & Planning
We develop detailed conceptual layouts, renderings, and design proposals that merge architectural precision with your security objectives. Upon completion of this phase, we present a project design book and assist in preliminary cost estimate outlining all major materials.
04/
Construction Documentation & Technical Coordination
Following concept approval, SafeHouse Group prepares a complete construction documentation set—including architectural drawings, structural coordination and integration with external consultants as needed.
This ensures every element of the project—design, structure, ballistic performance, mechanical systems and aesthetics—works together seamlessly.
Once this documentation is approved, we proceed with material procurement and fabrication coordination.

Fabrication & Procurement
Our team oversees the custom installation of all components, from ballistic walls and vault doors to specialty millwork and concealment mechanisms. We manage ordering, production, and delivery logistics, working exclusively with vetted, high-quality manufacturers and subcontractors

Installation & Field Coordination
With all components in production, we coordinate on-site preparation, contractor scheduling, and installation oversight. SafeHouse Group ensures all work aligns with the design intent and security requirements established earlier in the process.

Commissioning & Client Orientation
Once installation is complete, each project undergoes a full inspection and operational review. We conduct hands-on client orientation, verifying that all systems perform as designed and that you are fully familiar with their operation and maintenance

Ongoing Support, Maintenance & Resupply
Our engagement doesn’t end at completion. SafeHouse Group offers ongoing maintenance, system checks, upgrades, and resupply services—ensuring your secure space remains ready, functional, and up to date.
